The contract must be signed for personal protection and for the property, being the only legal means recognized by Italian law in case of disputes. For example in case of damages (see also the Damage Assessment Form ) or if the tenant does not leave the house within the agreed times, if there are more people than those agreed, etc.
The PDF file is composed of 2 Tourist Rental Contracts in Italian and English respectively, it can be edited infinite times easily from a PC in the empty spaces, it can be printed, or sent in digital form as an editable file to guests before their arrival. The shipment of the purchased goods takes place via BRT, FEDEX, GLS, DHL or UPS couriers.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €199 including VAT (except Islands and Lagoon). Below €199, the shipping cost will be €7.90 for all destinations in Italy, while for the islands and the Venice lagoon it will always be €10 or for additional services such as delivery by telephone appointment it will be €12. The amount will always be communicated to you and you will be able to view it on the cart page and before completing the order.
