Right of Withdrawal

The return of any item will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that they are intact and in the original packaging, refunding the entire amount excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer (as required by law). If necessary, we will take care of collecting the package directly and returning it to our warehouses, via our partner couriers. (also in this case the shipping costs will be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund). Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. contracts carried out outside of commercial premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, or:
• in the absence of the original packaging;
• in the absence of integral elements of the product (opening of packages, etc.);
• for damage to the product.
The items you intend to return must be in their original condition, properly packaged and wrapped. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. After the integrity of the product has been verified, the refund will be made, by crediting your credit card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance of the return.
