Shipping methods
The shipment of the purchased goods takes place via BRT, FEDEX, GLS, DHL or UPS couriers.

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €199 (except Islands and Lagoon). Below €199, the shipping cost will be €7.90 for all destinations in Italy, while for the islands and the Venice lagoon it will always be €10 or for additional services such as delivery by telephone appointment it will be €11.90. The amount will always be communicated to you and you will be able to view it on the cart page and before completing the order. DELIVERY TIMES: The shipping times for an order depend on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. In the sheet of each product, as well as during the order checkout, you can find an estimate of the relative delivery times. Most products will have delivery times of 1-3 days depending on the destination ( e.g. if we have to ship to Rome the courier will take 24 working hours, while if we have to ship to the Islands the courier will take 48/72 working hours). The shipping of available products, once the payment has been verified, is carried out the same day (for orders paid by 12) or the following day but always within 24 working hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping is immediate when you purchase with a credit card, but it may take a few days when you choose to pay by bank transfer.

UNIQUE SHIPPING FOR MIXED ORDERS: For your convenience and to reduce our environmental impact, we combine all the products in your order into one shipment. If you have purchased items with different delivery times (for example, some with express delivery and some made to order), the shipment will take place when all the items are available. This way, you will receive your entire order in one go. The delivery time for your order will be based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please refer to the delivery estimates on the individual product pages for a more precise idea.

RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASES: We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note, also check the integrity of the packaging and any signs of tampering or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the contents. In the event of anomalies, indicate the wording "Acceptance with reservation" on the carrier's delivery note when signing and contact us at info@flexiamenities.it reporting the delivery details. We remind you that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and make a complaint. After this deadline, in fact, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.

FAILED DELIVERY: In the event of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence at the specified address, the courier will send you a notification email with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. Two delivery attempts are planned, after which, in the event of the recipient's absence, the courier will return the goods to our warehouses without further communication. We therefore ask you to pay maximum attention when entering the shipping address to ensure rapid and safe delivery.
