The receipt must always be issued upon request at the end of the guests' stay . This happens, for example, when a person travels for business and must deliver it to his employer. In the case of accommodation managed in a non-entrepreneurial manner, it is possible to issue a receipt , to which a €2 stamp duty must be affixed if the amount exceeds €77.47.
Once the purchase is finalized, the link to download the associated file will appear on the order summary page and the download link will also be sent in the order confirmation email. This product does not require shipping!

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €199 including VAT (except Islands and Lagoon). Below €199, the shipping cost will be €7.90 for all destinations in Italy, while for the islands and the Venice lagoon it will always be €10 or for additional services such as delivery by telephone appointment it will be €12. The amount will always be communicated to you and you will be able to view it on the cart page and before completing the order.
