A new access method to the Guest Portal has been in force for a few days now, using codes . It is no longer possible to access with your own certificate, but you will need to generate a new access code. As specified in the Guest Service manual, the procedure must be carried out independently if the user already has their own digital certificate still in force:
For all users already registered on the portal that use the digital certificate, by the expiration date, they will have to independently migrate to the new authentication system.

Case 1: You already have the old digital certificate and you just need to generate the codes
Very well, in this case the procedure is extremely easy : enter the Portale Alloggiati website, click on Access-Codes. A screen will open with the choice of several buttons, choose Download the Codes Card (Certificate). It will ask you to log in with your credentials, after which a screen will open with a green button that says download access codes. There are 16 groups of codes in PDF format that must be carefully preserved (like those that banks offered before automatic OTP codes).

How do I generate the Web Key? Click on your profile icon at the top right. Then, click on Web Service Key. In the screen that opens in overlay, click on Generate New Code, copy and paste the numeric string that was generated.
